Go to the registration page and enter your name, mobile number, and date of birth. Create a username and a strong password. Accept the terms and conditions and create your account. Then verify your number using the OTP sent to your mobile – and you're done. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.

On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number and an OTP will be sent to you. Use that code to set a new password. Make sure your new password is at least 8 characters long and includes uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. This protects you and ensures compliance with financial regulations. Upload a clear photo of your NID or passport in Account Settings. Verification is typically completed within 1–2 business days.

After 5 consecutive incorrect password attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for 30 minutes. Try again after that period. If OTP verification also fails, contact support via live chat and your issue will be resolved within 24 hours after identity verification.

To change your mobile number, contact support via live chat or email. The change will be processed through KYC verification and a confirmation step sent to your old number. For security reasons, this cannot be done directly by the user.

Each person may only create one account. If multiple members of the same household wish to register, each person must use a unique mobile number and NID. Creating multiple accounts with the same details is a violation of our policy.

Go to Account Settings → Security → Two-Step Verification. Enable the mobile OTP option. From then on, each login will require both your password and a one-time code sent to your mobile. This adds an extra layer of protection to your account.

Withdraw your balance before closing your account. Then contact support to submit an account closure request. Alternatively, you can use the Responsible Gaming tools to self-exclude.

From your dashboard, go to Deposit → select Mobile Pay. Enter the amount and send money to our Mobile Pay number. Copy the transaction ID, paste it into the form, and confirm. Your balance is usually updated within 5–15 minutes.

Yes, Nagad is fully supported. The process is the same as Mobile Pay – select Nagad on the deposit page, send money to the designated number, and submit the transaction ID. Nagad deposits are typically activated within 15 minutes.

The minimum deposit is ৳100. This applies to all payment methods — Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. For the best welcome bonus, make your first deposit of ৳500 or more.

If a deposit fails, first check your mobile banking app to see whether the amount was deducted. If it was, contact us via live chat with your transaction ID. The amount will typically be credited or refunded within 24 hours.

The maximum deposit per transaction is ৳50,000. The daily limit is ৳1,00,000. With a completed KYC verification, these limits may be increased. For responsible betting, you can also set your own deposit limit in your account settings.

cricketapp does not charge any additional deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider (Mobile Pay/Nagad) may apply their standard Send Money charges as per their own policies — this is outside of cricketapp's control.

Withdrawals & PayoutsHow and when will you receive your winnings.

From your dashboard, go to Withdraw → select your method (Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket). Enter your mobile banking number and the amount, then confirm with your password. If KYC is complete, funds typically arrive within 5–30 minutes.

With KYC verification in place, funds typically arrive within 5–30 minutes. During peak hours, it may take up to 4 hours. Withdrawals made on weekends or Bangladeshi bank holidays will still be processed within 24 hours.

Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Daily maximum is ৳2,00,000. Maximum per transaction is ৳50,000. Higher limits may be available for VIP members.

If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 4 hours, contact live chat with your withdrawal ID. If your KYC verification is incomplete, please submit it. Unusual betting patterns may require additional verification.

Contact us via live chat or email as soon as possible. Cancellation is possible before processing begins. If the withdrawal has already been sent, you will need to prove ownership of that number. Recovering funds sent to someone else's number may be difficult.

cricketapp does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, standard cash-out charges from Mobile Pay or Nagad apply as per the respective mobile banking provider's own policy.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They become withdrawable once the rollover requirement is met. For example, a ৳500 bonus with a 5x rollover means you need to place a total of ৳2,500 in bets. See the promotions page for full terms.

Your welcome bonus will be credited automatically after your first deposit following registration — no promo code required. You can receive up to 100% on your first deposit, with a maximum bonus of ৳5,000.

Rollover is the condition that determines how many times you must wager your bonus funds before withdrawing them. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 5x rollover means you need to place a total of ৳5,000 in bets. Once the rollover is complete, the bonus becomes withdrawable.

Weekly cashback is automatically credited to your account every Monday. It is calculated as a percentage of your previous week's total net losses. The cashback rate ranges from 5%–15% depending on your VIP tier.

You will receive a referral bonus once your referred friend registers and makes their first deposit. See the promotions page for the bonus amount. Find your referral code under Account → Referral.

Yes, most bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period. For the welcome bonus, it is recommended to start your rollover within 7 days of making your deposit.

When you have a free bet, you'll see a "Use Free Bet" option on the betting page when placing a wager. If your free bet wins, only the winnings (excluding the stake) will be credited to your balance. Free bets typically expire after 7 days.

Odds are a number that tells you how much you stand to win. For example, a ৳100 bet at odds of 2.5 returns ৳250 if you win (৳100 stake + ৳150 profit). Higher odds mean a lower chance of winning but a bigger payout. We use the Decimal odds format.

Live betting means placing bets while a match is in progress. Go to the Sports page and select the Live Events tab. Click on any ongoing match and place your bet. Odds change in real time, so act quickly.

Bets generally cannot be cancelled once placed. However, if the Cash Out feature is available, you can settle your bet before the match ends — locking in a partial win or cutting your losses. The Cash Out option will appear on your bet slip.

All bets on officially cancelled matches are voided and the original stake is returned. For rain-affected cricket matches where the Duckworth-Lewis rule applies, results will be determined accordingly.

Yes, Accumulator (Parlay) betting is supported. You can combine 2–10 bets into one. Win all of them and your returns multiply — but if even one bet loses, the entire accumulator loses. Simply add multiple events to your bet slip.

The minimum bet is ৳20. Maximum bet limits vary by event and market. For live betting, the minimum is ৳50.

You can bet on over 50 markets, including Match Winner, Toss Winner, Top Run Scorer, Top Wicket Taker, First Ball, and Over/Under. Ball-by-ball live betting is also available during matches.

Winnings are credited to your account balance automatically once the match result is confirmed — no manual claim needed. You can then withdraw your funds directly.

A system bet lets you place wagers across multiple combinations of events – such as Trixie, Patent, or Yankee. Even if not all selections win, you can still earn a partial return from winning combinations. Select the System option on the bet slip.

Download the APK file from the downloads page. Go to your phone's Settings → Security → enable "Install from unknown sources". Tap the APK file and install it. Once installed, turn off unknown sources again.

iOS users should go to the download page and select the iOS option. After installation, on first launch go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management to trust the app.

When you open the app, you'll be notified automatically if a new update is available. Alternatively, download the latest APK from the download page and install it over your existing app — your account data will be preserved.

Go to Account → Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. Set your daily, weekly, or monthly limit as needed. Limit decreases take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit will take effect after 7 days.

Self-exclusion means voluntarily restricting yourself from the platform. You can self-exclude for as little as 6 months or permanently. Activate it through Account Settings or by contacting support. You will not be able to log in or place bets during the exclusion period.
